125cc ALL STAR SERIES

New for 2019 at the Unadilla Pro National is the addition of the 125cc All Star Series.

125cc ALL STAR SERIES @ PRO NATIONAL

REQUIREMENTS

  • The program is open to current production-based 125cc 2-stroke machines, featuring Husqvarna, KTM and Yamaha machines, as well as non-current production models from the final three years of production for manufacturers that no longer produce 125cc models.
  • AMA skill classification of “B” or higher.
  • Current and former AMA Pro Motocross licensed riders are eligible as long as they are not competing in the event’s professional classes.
  • Must be 15 or older.
  • Full year or one event AMA membership is required (available at track).
  • All racers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parent. If a parent will not be in attendance, then a notarized permission slip is absolutely required. Even if a sibling 18 years or older is the responsible party, a notarized permission slip is still required. THE AMA COMPETITION MEMBERSHIP CARD AND RELEASE WILL NOT OVERRIDE THIS REQUIREMENT.

Notarized signature and seal

A notary public can be found at your bank, local government offices, local public schools, and in many places of business. The permission slip MUST be notarized. We recommend a second notarized slip stating that the responsible party can make medical decisions for the minor should that be necessary.

  • Pre-entered riders check-in at Will Call on Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm
  • Pre-Entry closes on August 7, 2019 at 5:00pm EST

INFO FOR THOSE WHO QUALIFY

  • Top 30 racers from 125cc All Star Class will move to Pro Pits on Friday. PRO PITS EXPECT QUIET HOURS AT 9PM ON FRIDAY. IF YOU ARE UNWILLING TO MEET THIS REQUIREMENT, THIS PROGRAM IS NOT FOR YOU.
  • All 125cc All Star racers need to let parkers know on Friday that they will need to move IF they make the Saturday program.
  • Top 30 racers will receive a pro pit pass for themselves from will call as well as a pro pit parking pass for one rig.
  • Up to 2 additional pit passes per racer can be purchased from Unadilla for $50 each.
  • Weekend admission fees and camping fees apply to all racers and guests of the 125cc All Star program.

ARRIVAL

  • Watch for entry signs upon arrival. Alternate gates will be used.
  • All vehicles will be subject to search any time, including re-entry.
  • Fire lanes on the amateur campground are a requirement. We will park you upon arrival. If you want to park with someone in another vehicle, you must arrive together. No spots can be held.
  • For over 10 years, we have not offered spectator camping. Your family and crew need to be in attendance by the start of racing on Friday.
  • NO PIT VEHICLES – VEHICLES WILL BE SEARCHED PRIOR TO ENTRY. THEY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED THROUGH THE GATE.
  • NO VENDING IS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME – IF YOU DON’T HAVE PERMISSION TO SELL IT, LEAVE IT HOME!
  • ONLY DOGS 20 POUNDS AND UNDER ARE ALLOWED ON PRO MX WEEKEND

PIT VEHICLES

  • Due to the size of this event, we do not allow pit vehicles, golf carts, mules, atvs, etc. to be driven around as transportation unless you meet the condition below. A shuttle will be running from the front of the facility to the back area on Friday.
  • Handicapped permits for those with a state issued DMV handicapped vehicle tag can be arranged up to one week in advance or after at registration. State DMV tag must be shown prior to receiving permit. Handicapped permit only valid for Thursday, Friday, and Sunday. Only state issued DMV handicapped permits will be issued a pit vehicle exception permit.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

ALCOHOL POLICY

  • No glass containers of any kind are allowed
  • No mini-kegs or kegs
  • All alcohol must be consumed at your campsite. Alcohol is prohibited in the pro pits.
  • State law will be followed- you must be 21 or older
  • Alcohol is limited to a six pack per night per person
  • No alcohol allowed upon vehicle re-entry
  • No open containers on the grounds…alcohol must be consumed solely are your campsite
  • We reserve the right to alter this policy at any time as conditions warrant

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Wristbands must be worn at all times and are required at registration
  • No open alcohol is allowed away from your campsite
  • 11pm curfew-all must be at their campsites; no wandering around
  • All generators must be turned off at 12 midnight
  • Gates close at 12 midnight nightly. You can exit/re-enter prior to midnight with wristband
  • Parents of minors are responsible for the behavior of their child(ren) and are expected to know their whereabouts at all times.
  • For over 10 years we have not offered spectator camping. Once racing begins on Friday, your family or crew needs to be in attendance.
  • The only one day admission ticket that covers amateur racing is on Sunday. If you have relatives who want to watch you or your child race, they will need to pay for a full weekend ticket if they arrive prior to Sunday.

RULES / RESTRICTIONS

We reserve the right to ask those in violation of the above restrictions to leave the premises with no refund given.

  • Dogs 20 pounds and under are allowed with amateur racers but must stay in your motorhome/camper at all times. Bathroom breaks must be kept to your pit area and the dog must be on a leash. You must clean up after your dog. Dogs cannot be walked around the general amateur pit area; your pit area only. Please do not bring your dog if you do not have a way to keep your camper cool. Exceptions made for ADA defined SERVICE DOGS, which must be clearly marked as such at all times.
  • NO Pit Vehicles may be used for transportation around the facility
  • NO open fires
  • NO Fireworks
  • NO vending without prior approval-if you don’t have permission to sell it, leave it home
  • NO scaffolding
  • NO alcohol trackside
  • NO glass containers
  • NO bicycle riding trackside
  • NO spectator camping
  • NO personal checks
  • NO easy-ups which obstruct viewing
  • NO remote controlled aircraft (ie:drones)
  • ALL campers should have fire extinguishers
  • ALL gasoline must be stored in an enclosed vehicle in approved container(s)
  • ALL stand alone generators must have a GFCI plug
