Directions to Unadilla
MX from area airports
ALBANY COUNTY AIRPORT; ALBANY, NY:
Left on Albany Shaker Road when exiting airport
About ½ mile; Right on ramp to Rt. 87 SOUTH
Exit at New York State Thruway (Rt. #90)WEST (about 3 miles)
Rt. #90 West to exit #25A (I-88)
I-88 about 4 miles to the “Duanesburg” exit.
Left at top of ramp.
Turn right at the end onto Route #20 west.
Route #20 west to Bridgewater.
At the light in Bridgewater, turn left on to Route #8 south.
Unadilla MX is 10 minutes south of Bridgewater, directly on Route
#8.
BINGHAMTON AIRPORT, Binghamton, NY:
Exit airport onto Stella Ireland Rd.; continue down the hill
exit on Rt. 17 east
Rt. 17 east to Rt. 81 north
Rt. 81 to I-88 east
I-88 to exit #9 (Sidney, NY)
Left at top of ramp onto Rt. #8 north
30 minutes to Unadilla MX
SYRACUSE AIRPORT, Syracuse, NY:
While leaving airport access road, follow signs for “Rt 81 SOUTH, 90
Thruway, Syracuse.
Once you take this exit, move over in to far left lane to enter Rt.
81 South
Go about 1.5 –2 miles to exit 25a-Thruway
Enter Thruway and head East towards Utica/Albany
Get off at exit 31 (Utica)
After passing through toll booth, stay right following sign for 790
West, 5, 8, 12
Turn right, then right again, then right again-still following signs
for 790 West, 5,8,12
Once on 790, take 1st exit-790 West, 5 West, 8 South, 12 South
After about ¾ mi, road will become a 4 lane, merge left to follow 5
West, 8 South, 12 South
Go about 4-5 miles, then take Rt 8 South, New Hartford exit—you will
see large storage units and a UHAUL building on right just before
exit—it is the 2nd exit past these.
MAKE SURE YOU TAKE RT 8 SOUTH, NEW HARTFORD EXIT
Stay right on Rt 8, we are about 30 miles south of the exit.
