Round #7 of the ATV MX Championship Series




The 2020 NYCM Insurance Northeastern ATV National once again promises to deliver fast paced three and four wheel action. In addition to the competitive pro class, there are over forty amateur classes as well as a “vintage” two-stroke class and the ever popular three wheel ATC classes. Whether you are a racer or a fan of atv racing, plan to spend a fun day (or two) at the NYCM Insurance Northeastern ATV National.

Friday – optional practice day-weather permitting

All racing is on the Unadilla National track.

“Vintage” 2 stroke

Calling all those who have a 2 stroke with 4 wheels!… If you are 18 or older with a 2 stroke of any year, there is a 2 stroke Vintage Open class so you can come enjoy an all ATV weekend. You will need to be an AMA/ATVA member, which you can get at the track, including a weekend membership pass option.

The 2 stroke vintage open class will be by both pre-entry and post-entry.

3 Wheel Exhibition Classess

We will again run two 3 wheeler exhibition classes! One for novice/amateur racers and one for expert level racers. Racers can contact us for entry details as they are a bit different from the other classes. For instance, we don’t require a transponder since you’re an exhibition class. There are less membership requirements as well. As exhibition classes, it’s all about enjoying the racing of three wheelers. And letting us watch you! Come join the fun….

Exhibition classes will be by both pre-entry and post-entry.

Optional Friday Practice

  • Optional practice day on Friday for all classes except Pro; weather permitting
  • Classes will be divided into practice groups & rotated through the order 3 times
  • $30 per group covers the 3 rotations
  • Friday practice is by pre-entry (must also pre-enter a racing class) or post-entry
  • You must sign up to race when purchasing Friday practice


Each racer will need a transponder. Information regarding purchase ($125 cash or $135 credit card) or rental ($25 cash/$35 credit card) is available at the Electronic Event Scoring website.


Pre-entry for 2020 will open on April 1st.


Pre-registration for the NYCM INsurance Northeastern ATV National is enrolled in the Rocky Mountain ATV MC Gift Card Program. Here’s how it works:

Pre-entering for ATVMX Racing on the FastTrack, you’ll receive $10 in Race Gas Cash credits on (One cash credit per rider) You will now get you your cash quicker and it will be easier to use on the Rocky Mountain ATV/MC website or when calling in. When Race Gas Cash credits are earned, you’ll receive an email letting you know how much cash has been put into your account, what event you received it for and the expiration of that credit. If you don’t have an account with Rocky Mountain ATV/MC, you’ll have the opportunity to do so through the email that is sent to you. (Please allow 1-3 weeks following the event to receive your email with credit.)


Registration is automated. Please have a current ATVA or AMA membership card and your transponder with you. Registration times: Thursday, July 9th:  6:00pm – 9:00pm Friday, July 10th:   7:00am – 5:00pm Saturday, July 11th: 7:00am – 9:00am


All racers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parent. If a parent will not be in attendance, then a notarized permission slip is absolutely required. Even if a sibling 18 years or older is the responsible party, a notarized permission slip is still required. THE AMA COMPETITION MEMBERSHIP CARD AND RELEASE WILL NOT OVERRIDE THIS REQUIREMENT. The permission slip must read as follows:


I hereby give permission for my (son/daughter), (child’s name) to race in the Northeastern ATV National at Unadilla MX, New Berlin, NY on July 10-12, 2020. (Name) will be responsible for (him/her) during the event.

Notarized signature and seal

A notary public can be found at your bank, local government offices, local public schools, and in many places of business. The permission slip MUST be notarized. We recommend a second notarized slip stating that the responsible party can make medical decisions for the minor should that be necessary.

If you are not currently an AMA / ATVA Member you can sign up for a full year membership or a family pack (Family pack is only available directly from the AMA and not available at the track.) of memberships. Make sure to join at the $49 level, and be sure to print out the membership receipt if you join/renew online. Otherwise, you can join at the track.

There is also a one event AMA/ATVA membership available for $20. It is only available at the track and cannot be purchased on-line.

  • Drivers must register at registration in order to operate a pit vehicle-$20 per driver. A convenience fee will be applied to credit card users.
