LORETTA LYNN’S YOUTH REGIONAL QUALIFIER
Is there a Friday practice day ahead of the qualifier?
We cannot make the gate closing time on Thursday/Friday. Is there somewhere we can park until the gates open in the morning?
Only one of my parents can attend. What do I do?
Please contact us ahead of time (phone is best-607/965-8450) so that we can email you an on-line racing waiver. WE NOW REQUIRE BOTH PARENTS TO SIGN THE MINOR RACING WAIVER. We can email you or the missing parent an on-line racing waiver to cover their absence. Divorce/separation/deployment does NOT waive this requirement.
Do I have to be qualifying for Loretta Lynn's to race this event?
What days will my son/daughter be racing?
Registering for this event is a two step process. First, IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU REGISTER YOUR ATTENDANCE THROUGH MX SPORTS. THIS GETS YOU YOUR SPOT. Second, you will need to come to on-site registration and check in. You will pay a fee to both MX Sports and the track for this event.
Oops, I didn't register for the Regional through MX Sports. Now what?
If you are eligible to attend the northeast region youth class(es), and did not hold your spot through MX Sports, you can still attend this event. We will do our best to place you in as an alternate. Alternates are placed in classes by power ranking. We take alternates only to the number that fills the starting gate. In other words, if 39 racers are pre-registered in a class and all 39 show up, we can take 2 alternates to fill the gate. If there are 42 or more racers pre-registered for a class and all show up, we will take alternates by power ranking to fill 64 spots. We will not accept alternates in any class that would then force a qualifier to be run for that class.
To register as an alternate, you will need to come to registration and pay all the appropriate fees. If we are unable to seat you in the program, we will refund your fees (expect for Friday practice). Alternates are able, and encouraged, to do the Friday practice day as well as Saturday morning practice. Don’t worry, we will walk you through everything at sign up if you register as an alternate.
This can be a bit confusing, please feel free to call us (607/965-8450) and we can help you!
I'm an alternate. Can I still practice on Friday?
What days will my son/daughter be racing?
All first motos are on Saturday. We will also get through any qualifiers and LCQs as well as some second motos on Saturday as well. The remaining second motos and all third motos are on Sunday.
This is a three moto event. All three motos count towards overall scoring.
I am under 18 and my parent cannot attend. How do I register for the event?
Please contact us ahead of time so that we can email you or your parents an on-line racing waiver. Both parents need to sign the waiver—divorce/separation/deployment does not override this requirement.
Do you accept credit cards?
We do accept American Express, Discover Card,MasterCard, and Visa but a convenience charge is added to every entry and/or ticket charged.
I really would like some footage of my child racing. Do you allow drones?
No, drones are not allowed over the facility at any time. If you have a Go Pro, attached to the helmet or bike, they are allowed.

CAMPING @ PRO NATIONAL
Is Camping Available For Spectators?
Yes!
We are Amateur Racing. Which Camp Lot Do You Recommend?
We recommend Camp Lots 1, 2, 3, or 4 for amateur racers.
Are The Gates Open 24 Hours a Day?
No. Gates do close in late evening. Please see the schedule of events for daily gate open and close times.
We cannot make the gate closing time. Is there somewhere we can park until the gates open in the morning?
Yes, we have a large holding area across the road so you are safely off the highway. Please pull all the way in leaving room for any others in the same situation.
What is the Maximum Size My Rig Can Be?
Maximum sizes are 70 feet in length. You must fit within the 70 feet, including any tailgates/lifts. Your rig cannot be obstructing emergency roads in front or behind you.
How Level Are The Spots?
Camping areas are grassy areas. So why spots are reasonably level, you will want some kind of leveling with you just in case.
Do You Have Hook Ups?
No but access to potable water is pretty easy in all the camp lots.
My Wife/Husband Is Coming Later. Is That Okay?
It is easier if you all come in the same vehicle but that doesn’t always work. We do have an “extra car” parking area in Camp Lot 7 for extra cars. One one motorized vehicle is allowed on a camp site so any extra vehicles must go in the extra car parking area.
Can I Bring My Pet?
Dogs 20 pounds and under are allowed. But they must remain in your camper except for potty breaks in your campsite. Make sure to clean up after them. NY is not a dog bite friendly state so be sure your dog can handle being on a leash in your campsite should someone walk by.
This is a loud, busy event and not a great place for a dog.
Is Food Available?
Beginning on Friday food is available beginning at 6:30am through late afternoon. Bring cash as food vendors don’t take credit cards!
Is Ice Available?
We will announce when ice will be available for a bit on Thursday afternoon. After that, beginning on Friday ice is available beginning at 6:30am through late afternoon at the main food building by Camp Lot 1. It will also be available there on Saturday and Sunday.
On Saturday ice is available at the food building by the pro pits as well.
Bring cash as food vendors don’t take credit cards!
AMATEUR SUMMER CLASSIC @ PRO NATIONAL
Do I need to be a member of the AMA to race this event?
Yes, you need to be member of the AMA in order to race. There are some AMA membership options. First, if you sign up for the full year AMA membership on-line, be sure to print out the temporary card and bring it with you. If you intend to be a full year AMA member, it is to your advantage to have the membership card in hard at the event, as our registration system uses the AMA member hard card. Keep in mind that if you intend to be a full year member, it can take up to 8 weeks to get the membership card if you are working in advance.
Another option is a one day membership, which is also available on-line.
AMA memberships will NOT be sold at the track due to the availability on-line.
Do I need to be a member of an AMA District?
Not for this event. AMA membership only is required.
I am under 18 and my parent cannot attend. How do I register for the event?
The best way is to pre-register. Starting in 2022, both parents have to sign the racing release. The only exception made is for death of a parent or sole custody. Divorce or deployment are NOT exceptions. Pre-registration provides an easy way for both parents to sign the release. If this isn’t possible, please contact us so that we can see if we can find another option. Calling is best: 607/965-8450.
We cannot make the gate closing time. Is there somewhere we can park until the gates open in the morning?

What is your policy for dogs?
Amateur racers are allowed to have dogs under 20 pounds. However, this is not a good environment for them regardless of how “gentle, kind, and loving” your dog is. The noise alone is dangerous for their hearing. We would prefer you leave your dog home. However, if it is under 20 pounds and with you, you must leave fido in your camper at all times. Potty breaks must remain within your campsite and you are expected to clean up after it. We do allow officially marked SERVICE dogs as defined by the ADA. The dog must be in a marked vest at all times.
Do you allow pit vehicles?
Pit vehicles will only be allowed for those who can present a state DMV issued handicapped parking tag. This year we will be searching for pit vehicles prior to entrance. If you have a pit vehicle and no state DMV issued handicapped tag, you will be denied entrance. Those with state DMV issued tags will be allowed one driver band and the driver must be over 18 years of age. The band and handicapped vehicle id tag must remain on at all times. No pit vehicles for any reason are allowed on Saturday due to the dense nature of the crowd. We do run shuttles from the camping areas to both the front and back.

We bought Saturday adult tickets but now we are coming before Saturday. What do we do?
Bring your Saturday tickets and we will credit the ticket price ($60) towards your gate fee on the day you arrive. You will pay the difference.

Yes, any one 6 and older needs to have a limited access pit pass.
I bought a Limited Access Pit Pass. What do I do now?
Beginning at 6:30am on Saturday, you will take your pdf attachment showing the Limited Access Pit Pass purchase to the Event Center. We start insurance waivers at that time. Beginning at 7:00 am, we exchange your pass for your pit band. All those entering the pits must come to the Event Center for their band. You cannot collect a band for someone not with you. Minors must be accompanied by an adult to sign the insurance release. Please do not wait until just before 9:00am to make the exchange.
